My Sore heels

Really didn’t know how much RA affects your feet.A corn on my little toe last year,not major! But this week, I couldn’t put weight on my left heel,went to my GP,I’ve got spurs in both heels, very uncomfortable! Better with inner-soles, I asked if they go away? No, I’m stuck with them, until they become unbearable, then surgery will be considered! And Yes,all because of RA

My feet are my worst RA problem! they were the main reason why I first went to see my GP. Sorry to hear about your heels ☹️

My feet, heels ankles some spot is sore, stiff , burning or swollen every day for me . I suspect heel spurs due to see a podiatrist this month

Good luck, in the meantime, get soft pads that fit just into your shoes only the heel part. Really helps , also scrub to get rid of any dry skin-moistures are primo.feet-up as much as possible.
