Hubby had a rare day off yesterday and witnessed my daily routine.I did a 45 min class ( didn’t break into a sweat) worked 1 1/2 hours then slept for 2 hours made dinner slept for 2 hours watched doc Martin went to bed at 10pm got up at 7.30 am crawled out of bed. He said this morning I can’t believe how much worse you are this year the disease is consuming you . 😞😞
I did laugh at this as that was me yesterday!
That’s cute! Good OH too. 🙂
I tend to sleep a lot more now Deeb and love an afternoon nap,I’ve also found now that I’m not an early riser now since retiring medically and having RA xxx
Keep having that afternoon 💤
Sorry for giggling when I read this Deeb2908. I totally identify with that.
We re both clearly lucky to have husbands who can retain a sense of humour when faced with our many varied moods and symptoms.
I giggled at that! Hidden 's teasmale comment too. I love my siesta with Freya. Sometimes I fall asleep sometimes I just rest my aching joints but I never feel guilty. It's only 1.5 hrs but it makes so much difference. When I get up my h has a mug of tea & biscuits ready, bliss.
yes your OH having a sense of humour helps. I also find it lovely that one our cats knows when I am not having a good day and does more cuddles on those days.
simple pleasures....
If nothing else this disease gives you patience and appreciation of the simple things .
Oh and how to laugh at yourself 😊
