New medication

Had my new medication delivered today I will be starting them tomorrow because I’m on two tablets a day one in the morning and one at night I hope they work 😉

Xeljanz 5 mg tofacitinib one in the morning and one at night 🤞

Thanks for replying. Am due to start taking Baricitinib a Jak inhibitor. One tablet/day. Am dreading it. Used to be on Enbrel injections for over 15 years and that gave me my life back but stopped working after I had 2 knee replacement operations and I was put on Truxima infusion which isn’t working for me and am in agony, can barely walk... so due to start new drug on 2 October.

I do hope your new treatment will help you. Please let us know.

I’m due a knee replacement this year to because of constant pain and no medication working for me Iv been taken off barcitinib one tablet a day because they didn’t work for me so finger crossed 🤞 started today I hope your medication work for you let me know and I will do the same good luck 😉 xx

Well I’ve just started myself.... so far not much for side effects. A little nausea.

My Rheumatologist has nothing but good things to say about it. Will know soon if it’s helping with my Ra.

Iv just started this morning feel okay so far with my stomach as long as they don’t make me sick I think I will be okay and I hope they help with my arthritis 👍
