Hi I've been on the above drug foot 3 weeks.. feel rubbish headache and feeling sickly but not been sick.. just generally feeling tired sickly and headaches as anyone had side effects similar to me.. nasty disease the drugs drugs are toxic..don't know what's worst the disease and pain or the side effects of drugs.. sorry for moaning I just feel rubbish .

No nausea but I had frequent headaches and more fatigue than usual when I first went on baricitinib, which is a JAK inhibitor like tofactinib. I informed rheumy who told me to stop taking it for a week, which stopped the headaches but the fatigue carried on for longer though seems to have got less over time. Either that or I've got used to living with it so don't notice as much.

Sorry to hear that Vonnie; I know nothing about tofacitnib but your last sentence struck a chord, spent a year feeling like that on MTX. Hope they find something better soon, it grinds you down x

I’ve been on ‘tofi’ for about 10 weeks, with a 2 week break in the middle as my cholesterol went up. But I have had no side effects and my life has improved so much with much less fatigue, less stiffness and no swollen red hot joints. Still on 17.5 M/X, but that had stopped working on its own, and had never worked like ‘tofi’ has.

The symptoms came creeping back during the ‘break’ from it. So about to get statins as well - but will take the high cholesterol risk over the active RA .

It has been a miracle drug for me -

I've also got got issues my stomachs not been rightvfir weeks everyday I've stopped taking it the drugs we take aren't suppose to mark us sicker hope you people are doing ok
