NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 12th August 2019

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm once a month on a Tuesday.

13th August - Kerrie from Healthwatch Norfolk will be speaking to the group.

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

14th August - Guest speaker: Dr Alexander Brand, Consultant Rheumatologist

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

2019 meetings are alternating between meetings held in Conference Room 3 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX on a Wednesday evening from 7:00pm-9:00pm and social get-togethers at The Woolpack, Shepherds Way, BS22 7XE on a Wednesday afternoon from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.

14th August - Meeting at The Campus: guest speaker - Emma Dures will talk to the group about 'Fatigue'

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!

I am still mystified why there is no NRAS group in Nottinghamshire. My nearest was Pilsley but since it moved away to Clay Cross it is too far to go...
