Ah well enjoy the rest and hopefully feel better tomorrow; at least good tennis if you watch.
I had the same day yesterday hardly moved from settee except for food. x
It's bizarre how some days are just like that, even when there is no difference from previous days how you slept or what you did the previous day.
I can understand it if I haven't slept (not unusual) or overdid it (also not unusual) but at other times...!
Your post made me smile - the fatigue and achey joints I am going to bed early 🕒
Yep it's crazy Sat night and I am ready for bed and think I have an hour of energy which includes climbing stairs and that is my day over......gardening target for Sunday!
Maybe there is something in the air, I've been fatigued all day too. Tomorrow is another day.
Hope today is easier for you .. last week was my hobble from bed to sofa week . On my 2nd Methotrexate injection so hoping to start to see an improvement 🙏🏼
Have a good day 👍
I was like that yesterday glad when it was bedtime. Started new drug Rituximab recently and read that it can get worse before it gets better. Let’s hope it improves soon as even walking from one room to another is torture.
Sometimes it's down to accumulative bad sleeps or lack of them.
Or pushing yourself just that little bit too far on one, maybe even two good days running.
Or gathering moisture in the air, precussors to bad weather ahead.
Or combos of the above and more.
Kitchen, toilet and bedroom, your world becomes micro to render it managable.
Finding the right position, lying so the duvet or pillow are easier to lift, making it to the sink to deposit dishes and utensils, filling the kettle, even, all become an exercise in mind over matter.
Tomorrow's always another day though with the potential for improvement.
Never been a Marvel superhero with RA, you'll notice.
Wussies! Lmao.
