I have: been on leflunomide for 2 month now. Does anyone have headaches and mood swings

YES and pain got worse then it just went and life became normal. But as with all things medical its best to ring your RA nurse to check if this needs an appoitment with your consultant as better safe than sorry. x

Leflunomide can cause high blood pressure, which in turn can cause headaches. My BP has risen dramatically and I do get headaches because of it.
