NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 27th May 2019

Worcester NRAS Group

Worcester NRAS Group meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every other month from 6.45pm - 8.30pm at Lyppard Hub in Ankerage Green, Warndon Villages, Worcester WR4 0DZ.

28th May - Guest speaker: Matt Bezzant, Policy & Public Affairs Manager at NRAS will present: 'Campaigning with NRAS'

Cambridge NRAS Group

This Group holds evening meetings, approximately bi-monthly, at the Queen Edith Chapel, Wulfstan Way, Cambridge, CB1 8QN from 7:15pm - 8:45pm.

29th May - ‘Inflammation and Nutrition: how your food can help your RA’ to be presented by Miriam Ferrer, PhD, Head of New Product Development at FutureYou.

Dumfries & Galloway NRAS Group

The Dumfries and Galloway NRAS Group will hold a small number of meetings throughout the year, please see information below on the next meeting:

29th May, 7:00-8:30pm at Gracefield Arts Centre, 28 Edinburgh Rd, Dumfries DG1 1JQ. Guest speaker: Dr Russell, Consultant Rheumatologist will present: 'The advances in treatment for rheumatoid arthritis'

Greater Glasgow & Clyde NRAS Group

The NRAS Greater Glasgow and Clyde rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis group meet regularly throughout the year at Tesco Rollox Community Room, Tesco Extra, Cobden Rd, St Rollox Business Park, Glasgow, G21 1YL from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

30th May - Guest speaker: Leonie Schittenhelm will present: 'Tolerogenic Therapies for RA - Can we re-educate our immune system?'

North East (Newcastle) NRAS Group

The North East Group run quarterly educational meetings which are held in Function Room 138, Education Centre, Level 1, Freeman Hospital, High Heaton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE7 7DN from 5.30pm-8.00pm.

30th May - Guest speaker: Chris Seal, Emeritus Professor, Human Nutrition Research Centre, Institute of Cellular Medicine will present: 'Can a diet be anti-inflammatory?'

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
