I think you probably need to try some out really as what suits one person wont necessarily suit another. It’s really an individual preference. I find a mouse really difficult and painful to use due to the bent position of my right wrist and limited use of my fingers so I use it left handed and with a wrist support. It took me a long time to realise this was easiest after struggling to use my right hand.

Good luck with finding one that suits you 😊

Hi, i dont know about the most comfortable mouse but the occupational therapist reccomended a wrist support/bar thingy and said that ideally the vertical type of joystick mouse is best as it protects the wrist joints better. 😊

Thanks Thingybob I have been looking at vertical options, I think I'll give one a try

Hi, I use a vertical mouse for work and find it a lot more comfortable than the standard mouse as my wrist is in a more natural /less twisted position. But it’s good to try out different ones as not everyone’s the same 🙂

First thing I would say is larger is generally better.

I have a cheap chunky corded mouse and use a mouse mat with a built in gel wrist rest.
