I’am new. I have Psoriatic Arithritis.

I have lived in Maryland all my life. I have psoriatic arthritis, have had this for many years. I have itchy psorisis on my scalp. I have spent a lot of money on all types of shampoos, conditioners, my doctor suggested I try and the light treatment, and any tips I found on Pinterest. Nothing worked! I suggest to you, use shampoo that does not contain chemicals, Dr Bonner’s from health food stores or on line. Too help with the itch I use allergy tablets (antihistamine). If The itch is real bad I will put ice on my scalp and keep on there for as long as you can stand it! I tried methotrexate for a while it helped with the arthritis, but not my scalp. This is powerfull stuff, read side affects that comes with your prescription. I stopped taking methotrexate because I have a small spot on one of my lungs. I will have CT scan in April. Wish me luck!
