Hi..i tried it..and it was hopeless. Was more sore on fact in some areas.
Hi .
Before RA set in I did reflexology you do have to have several treatments for both of the therapies you mention to work as a one off won’t do anything.
Also you need to drink water after both treatments and eat healthy to help heal your body .
If your going to try either make sure you go to someone who knows what their doing .
Before parting with any money
You can get referred to a pain clinic where you’ll get Accupuncture from the NHS free .
I’ve had Accupuncture for years it gave me a sense of wellbeign and helped me sleep and relax
You should try it as everyone responds differently to treatments and only you’ll know if it’s right for you xx

I'm a qualified reflexologist and
Masseuse .I must admit I did use to do my own pressure points on my hands . I can't do them now thumbs are shot . I wish I could give myself a massage, breaks my heart, but I still won't sell my table as I'm going to be fine to use it one day 😪
