NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 25th February 2019

Oldham NRAS Group

The Oldham NRAS Group hold meetings at: Neon Hub, Holt Street, off Huddersfield Road, Greenacres, Oldham OL4 2DQ from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

Tuesday 26th February - Guest speaker: Matt Spiller, Dietitian will be talking to the group about healthy eating and food preparation for people with RA.

Greater Glasgow & Clyde NRAS Group

The NRAS Greater Glasgow and Clyde rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis group meet regularly throughout the year. Please see below for upcoming meeting dates and times.

Thursday 28th February 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Community Room at Tesco Extra, Cobden Rd, St Rollox Business Park, Glasgow, G21 1YL. Guest speaker: Lesley McNaughton, Specialist Occupational Therapist with Lanarkshire NHS will present: 'Fatigue Management’. Lesley will talk about fatigue, what can cause it and how it is best managed.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
