Unfortunately, the NRAS team have been impacted by the #snowday and both the office and Helpline will be closed today. You can email us at enquiries@nras.org.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Remember stay safe and keep warm!

Thank you for all for your well wishes. We have a brilliant team at NRAS and they were all beavering away at home yesterday so hope many of your email enquiries were responded to as normal and posts on here etc.

We took the decision to close the office yesterday morning as more snow was forecast for 11am so didn't want the staff to struggle in just to get stuck or stranded going home. As much as they are all dedicated to NRAS I doubt they would have welcomed sleeping in the office on a Friday night :-) Could have been very funny though! ? I wonder which of my colleagues snores the loudest !? Probably me. ;-(
