I had my last period nearly 20 years ago at 58.! I have been taking steroids for polymyalgia for 4 months. In December I experienced tiny bleed and discharge. Now same time of the month, in January I am experiencing discharge. Relieved to find other posts of the connection between steroids and periods.
Have you been to the doctors about this Breakfa52t, if not please go and see them. Any bleeding after the menopause should be checked out.
Agree with Kittyj - you should check it out with your GP.
Others experiences may have been related to steroids but it could be other reasons so always see your GP if you have unexplained/unexpected bleeding, it's most important you don't rely on others experiences. It's obviously been a concern for you, the only way to find out is to be checked by your GP, especially if you have accompanying symptoms.
I'm also on steroids, 58 & around 5 years post menopausal & had a slight bleed recently so saw my GP.
Please see your GP. You know this isn't right and needs checking. Hugs

Any unexplained vaginal bleed at any age needs investigation. See your GP.....probably nothing to worry about..but get it checked.
