Ra getting out of hand

It’s been a rough go. I had to go off all meds due to elevated liver enzymes. They returned to pretty much normal but then went back up even though I was off all meds for 4months. My doc ruled out pretty much everything but I’m convinced it’s autoimmune related even though she doesn’t think that’s possible. 🤔 so I was supposed to start my new meds sulfasalazine (methotrexate was unsuccessful for me) but now I need a bunch of dental work done. Dentist says I have significant bone loss causing teeth to drop resulting in decay. So I’ve already had one extraction which was a nightmare- ended up requiring oral surgery and have 3 more to go. So I can’t start meds. Trouble is my Ra is getting out of control and I’m exhausted and overwhelmed. I need some kind of pain management! Thanks for letting me share my troubles. Hope everyone is managing ok ❤️

Thanks. Unfortunately I have had bad reactions to steroids. Will have to continue pushing through.
