Something helpful....

I hope this is ok to post (I have absolutely no connection with the app I’m recommending). I recently downloaded a 10 day free trial of ‘daily yoga’ app. I’ve now upgraded to a paid membership. So far I’m just following the introductory programme but already feeling so much benefit from approx 20 mins stretching first thing in the morning. My husband was impressed so we ordered him a yoga mat too and now we are both doing yoga together before we get ready for work. I’m really confident that this is really going to help my overall strength and mobility in the long term, so posting in case it’s of help to anyone else.

I am so pleased for you and your husband. Any exercise is beneficial, so if you find something you like doing its a bonus. I strongly believe that exercise has made me stronger physically and mentally. Better able to manage RA. Keep at it. Congratulations.
