Arthritis Action's Online Self-Management Resource

Arthritis Action has just launched the UK's first FREE arthritis e-learning resource.

"The resource features 16 evidence-based videos facilitated by their team of professionals. The videos can help people learn new techniques, manage their condition and improve their daily life."

I've only watched one - What is Arthritis? - and wasn't overly impressed, but will persevere to see if I learn anything new.

Would be interested to know what others think...

Thanks for that. I had a quick look at all the sections and sub-sections. It's always worth having a look. One can learn something, even if its just one new idea or a different way of looking at things.
