Things to help track health

Hey everyone. I recently came across a couple of apps to help track health and symptoms.

One is called Cara and you can track everything from bowel movements to sleep to diet, medications, pain etc... It compiles all info and then helps you to identify potential health triggers. It’s awesome and free.

The other one is migraine buddy. My doctor recommended it. I suffer with migraines in addition to all the other things going on 😕

It’s quite comprehensive and helpful!!

Hope everyone is ok today.

There's an app called Rheumabuddy too. I started using it, but I find that anything that makes me think about my symptoms daily makes me depressed - I prefer to use distraction and think about other things!
