has any one tied the track and react app that helps you with rd just come across it on the net thought I would ask before down loading it to my phone

Sorry no I haven't however just downloaded it after seeing your question! Look useful and it's free :) anything worth a try and will be interesting to see results over weeks/months if any changes especially. Thanks for this resource! And good luck :)

Maybe it is free in some countries in Oz I had to buy it and I only want things for free, I pay enough for healthcare as it is. hahaha

Hope you are well today too. I am about the same. Go for my first appt at the biologics clinic tomorrow so I am hoping I will have some idea of what they may put me on

I used for a while. Found it made me focus too much on symptoms, so I stopped after about 3 weeks. Very easy to use though, and was able to download for free, and could see it being helpful when perhaps changing medications.
