My right elbow is quite painful if I try to straighten it. Started in the last 24 hours. It hasn’t been straight for almost a year now.

I’ve have had 3 depot injections directly into my elbow joint but the last one in March didn’t work.

It was very uncomfortable last night and kept me awake so waking feeling quite tired. Ironically I have an appointment today to help me manage my fatigue.

I had a blood test last week and assume it’s ok as not heard anything but this is normal but very annoying as I don’t feel I have any control over this wretched disease.

On a good note I finally received my pension after several months. It should be back dated to the 1st August and supposed be getting interest too.

On another good note Tomorrow I’m off to an overnight spa break with my daughter as she is home for a week. She works in Dubai as a primary school teacher.

It’s rubbish isn’t it. Really feel for you. But so pleased you are looking forward to something special. I always try to do things that over weigh the misery of the disease in some way however small every day which helps psychologically I guess. All the best for a great weekend, take extra pain killers.

Ahh I know where your coming from, my right elbow got so stiff one day and I went to straighten it, got horrendous pain and its been wrong ever since

I went to A and E about it, they did an xray and said it wasn't broken and go back in 10 days if not still right but I didn't

I can't twist it round right and if I try its very painful

I wear an elbow support that really helps and it gives me my strength back in it,

but my skin plays up and it gets itchy if I wear it too often.

I noticed my other left elbow was hurting yesterday, I hope its not going the same way?
