Seaweed tablets anyone??

Feeling like a proper numpty!! I went online to Amazon tonight and found that I had put seaweed tablets in my basket, and recall doing it after reading something on here a week or two ago (I think!). Problem is, I can’t remember for the life of me why I was ordering them, or what they’re supposed to do for me - does this ring a bell with anyone??

Something to do with thyroid...iodine?

I can't take them as I've had graves.

I don’t have thyroid issues (as far as I know!) and now thinking it was more in connection with psoriasis, and wondering if It was something I saw in the Beyond Psoriasis group. I have a vague recollection of following a link to this particular product - probably did it while lying in bed half asleep! 🤦‍♀️

Many benefits of seaweed/kelp... Is it astaxanthin??

I had to stop supplementing with seaweed bc according to blood work, I have a sensitivity towards it.

In short... It helps with skin, heart health, eye health, and joint pain too!

It was this: amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01... and what you say about being good for skin rings a bell - I think it was in relation to psoriasis, and possibly a post in the Beyond Psoriasis Group, so I will have a trawl through there and see if I can find it. 😀
