This is so true 💕 sometimes I feel so alone x thank god for this site x only people that suffer this truly understand x I know it’s an awful thing to say but at least if I had cancer there is so much more support 😩 and s chance of a cure too x sorry I had a day of apt’s yesterday and feeling very low x seems eyes liver and bones are showing problems and in top of that had to have a scan on bladder and kidneys 😩 so your poem says it all 😘

I.m so sorry you.ve had such a rough time. Hope the scan is ok.

And you feel abit better soon.

Its so hard when you feel ill or in pain.because others can.t see how you feel .it goes unnoticed.or its just the norm .which does make us feel very alone. But theres always someone here to talk to .and THEY UNDERSTAND.how you feel.

So true even your nearest and dearest don't understand the ups and downs and how it is all encompassing. Hope we can have a happy and pain free weekend xx

No one does unless you have it and even if they have empathy it goes because its forever and not like flu.

Its good to talk on here .and theres always someone worse off than yourself

Which makes you feel humble.

A beautiful poem, Kathy,which says it all really. I suspect that everyone with a chronic incurable condition will empathise with it's sentiments, not just us. Thank goodness for this forum and thank you for sharing. Hugs
