I joined NRAS nras.org.uk and you get 3 magazines a year and a whole host of useful information booklets which I have also sent away for, it’s £20 for the year if you do it online,£25 if not, I just want to get all the information I can muster to try get on top of this disease 😳😁

I suspect it's a supply line issue as already mentioned. I've been a member for nearly two years now and requested leaflets have always taken ages to arrive. Wishing you luck

If you are able to, you can download them and then either read them on your computer or print them out. They are really helpful.

Thanks, just prefer to have smaller hard copy that I can readily refer to rather than having to open computer all the time x

Hi all

I can see that some of you have been experiencing delays with getting the publications you have ordered from us. We're really sorry to see that some of you have ended up ordering multiple times.

We have had a much greater than expected uptake of the new booklets and information packs we produced this year, which has caused a bit of a backlog of orders, which we are working very hard to clear.

I have spoken to my colleague, Emma, who is the main contact for publication orders at NRAS, and clearing this backlog is her highest priority right now. She has therefore asked that anyone who has had problems with not receiving their order emails her the following:

Your name

Your postcode

What you've ordered

She will then check the progress of your order to either resend if there's a risk it's been lost in the post, or get out to you asap if you were caught up in the backlog.

Please send this information to: emmab@nras.org.uk

You should not need to resubmit an order, so please avoid doing this if possible, as we then have to manually go through the list to remove duplicate orders.

Many thanks for your patience.
