Hi Veronica, I think the oil you get in health food shops is quite a low concentrate? I have a friend who uses cbd oil and she gets it from the internet as it’s much stronger.

I have one from Holland and Barrett no idea of its strength it tast a vile like hay or grass!! I guess that's how it's illegal counterparts get their name. Just purchased one from the grape treefood outlet chain as on offer they say it tastes vile too they have several strengths I bought cheaper one at 20.00 Holland and Barrett is 14.99 but bottle is not stable it is a dropper bottle and I knocked it over and lost a lot of the content in I'm still on 2nd Holland Barrett bottle at moment store it in a liitke plastic jug from a hand steamer I have can't Afford to spill 15.00 or 20.00on kitchen work surfaces!

I use paste and oil from either CBD Brothers or Bud Utopia. Both online, both incredibly helpful. There is a dedicated Facebook page too full of information. It is trial and error to find out which one works for you. Stronger doesn't always mean better. I use White Oil as it helps me sleep and it's around 16% strength. I think Holland and Barrett is about 2%.

Hi, I was really interested in you taking white cbd oil to help you sleep.

I would like to try cbd oil instead of taking Amitriptyline and co-codamol but I am not sure what to get.

Do you put the drops on your tongue?

How many drops were effective?

Me too. Facebook is CBD Consumers UK/EU. Similar set up to this forum and some very knowledgeable people. They have a list of recommended suppliers. My daughter and I visited CBD Brothers and were both very impressed.
