Hi all. At last I have it back in 2016 my higher rate DLA was taken away from me with PIP. Earlier this year I was in a better way so I put in a change of circumstance witch meant filling out the from again (I got Help the Aged) to do this for me, and I have now had it back and have been given the Enhanced rate on both mobility and daily living needs. Which for me means I can now get a mobility scooter on the mobility scheme, it will be here by the end of the week and at £24 a week (for a scooter that costs £4000) with insurance, breakdown cover and all maintenance with a new one every 3 years it's a no Bonner.
