Hi all ,how are you all coping with the heat ?My ankles have been like balloons and my hands.I've tried elevating them as much as possible but it's not making much difference,so bad trying to walk on them in morning 😭I'm scared to say to rheumy because he would just inject them and I've had enough steroids to last a lifetime.Any suggestions 😖

Sitting with them up, rotating ankles regularly when you are sat, sorry other than what you have said thats all I can think of other than the professional advice.
