Seems a win win situation for me as it also reminds you to take them!

Update: in a very short time, I've been able to gift 750 stars to UK charities who support: prevention and relief of rheumatoid diseases. Anything that helps rheumatoid arthritis or any other health concerns makes me feel good 😊
