RA x-ray results

I had my knee x-ray on 1st May. Got a letter from gp something showed u make appointment can't get 1 for 2weeks so asked receptionist for copy said gp needs to c me're results. Long story short she asked a gp to phone me total knee damage shows severe ra in joints .asked gp for a copy of results of x-ray said no my rheaumtoglist can view it online .that's both my knees gone now .lol does anyone know how to get accesses to their medical records online I can make appointment s and order tbs online but not view records thanks amy

I book all my appointments pills etc on my online account and my doctor have also made it so I can see my results for tests bloods etc x

Hi did u have to request ur medical records access on line .my online only shows I can book appointment or order tbs amy

No my doctor did it with out asking. U should ring your doctors up and ask if u can see your test results online x

I can only see them once my Gp has x

Our GP Surgery operates 'Systmonline' Patient Online Service. I can view test results, bloods & scans, x rays etc., make appointments, cancel appointments, order drugs & GP consultations. There are two levels of access, basic for ordering drugs and making appointments and an enhanced access if you want to view test results. The secretarial staff at your surgery will be able to advise you.

I ve got same Amy systmonline and did have to request additional access for medical records but tbh find it a bit variable: sometimes blood tests disappear, sometimes can see records, sometimes not?? Need to get in touch again myself as like to be kept informed. Good luck x

Thanks everyone for ur advice .just back from my gp practice they don't over this only appointments on line and repeat prescription.

If you go to where you had the X-rays done, sign a release form for them and results. All hospital will give you a copy of them with no charge
