Go back to your doctor love .maybe you need a steroid injection.

We all remain strong but every now and then we need more help.

Don.t be afraid to tell them if meds aren.t working .maybe you are having alot of flares .last time i saw them i couldn.t talk for sobbing .but by that time i didn.t care and they listened for once. Gentle hugs lovely.xx
