We are thinking of an Egyptian Nile Cruise but are very confused by which vaccinations are compulsory, which are recommended and which I am able to have with RA ?
Can any kind person shed light on this with their personal experience?
Thank you so much - you are all so much more informative than the supposed experts.....

Hi call NHS 111 and ask for your request to be researched by the health information team. You will receive a call back within 24 hours with all the information you need 😊
Oooh, how lovely. We did a Nile cruise nearly 9 years ago and it was fabulous. You can get info from 111 or perhaps the NRAS helpline would be able to help. A word of warning, though. Tummy upsets are rife so only eat hot food, no salads, unpeeled fruit, ice cubes, ice cream etc. Only drink bottled water, carry and use hand sanitiser with you at all times and if you do suffer a local antibiotic called "Antinal" works wonders but worth checking for whether it would be safe to use with your other meds. If you go ahead it was the most amazing trip for us. It's a bit weird walking to the local town centre and being overtaken by a camel and it's rider! You don't hear the blighters coming!
