Hi everyone thought I would share this. I have been using it for 4 days and my pain and inflammation is greatly reduced. Half teaspoon in 6oz water on empty tummy daily. Brilliant. Hope it works for some of you.

Baking power does'nt contain gluten normally and I'm Celiac with RA so I 'm sorry but this might be in the mind. Either way I'm glad you find it helpful.
I knew that baking soda and water helps gout, but I never heard of baking powder being used. Glad you’re getting some relief!
