Hooray, managed the birthday baking!!

Our grandsons 11th birthday today and my job to make the cupcakes as usual. Was not looking forward to icing them as hands so swollen and sore, but got there in end, worst part was squeezing the icing bag, ouch!! He's worth it though. Cakes were all eaten, only I could not have one, I am type 1 diabetic, too much sugar for me, but did get a scrape of the icing out of the bowl! Lynda x
