Update on painful

Have now been taking paracetamol 4 times a day a had the depomedrone three weeks a go now and decided to take 2.5 mg oral prednisolone and fingers crossed and touch wood I think I am coming out the other side, not gone totally but am a bit more able. You all know what a relief this is so yeah thanks everyone for listening 😏
