I was taken of tramadol 100mg twice a day was on them 10 years been sick dihorea hot cold since of them don't know if it's withdraw symptoms pain clinic up gabapentin 600mg 3times a day can't stomach them any advice can't c gp till 26th Feb

Amy can’t believe they have just taken you of Tramadol. So I am not supprised you are not well. After 10 yeas took me 7 months to quit them. Also took me a few weeks to come of Gabapentin please go back the Doctors for help. Good luck Rose

That's just how I was when had to reduce Pregabalin. Thought I was dying and couldn't walk to loo without husband cradling me.

Sorry you haven't alternative but ask your GP for emergency appointment if possible

Sounds like withdrawal - but you shouldn’t suddenly stop taking Tramadol. You need to come off over period of time - taking reduced doses, your GP should be able to help you.

You should never just stop tramadol cold turkey, in fact I this very conversation today with my GP who will only allow me to go down 50mg at a time over a long period. You will withdrawal symptoms that can be life threatening. Go to A&E and explain to them what you have been told and get some advice. Good luck.
