NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 12th February 2018
Banbury NRAS Group
The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
14th February - Guest speaker: Helen Taylor from Mend Physio will present: 'Enjoyment in Exercise'
Oldham NRAS Group
The Oldham NRAS Group hold meetings once every other month from 7:00pm-8:30pm at The Link Centre, Union St, Oldham OL1 1DZ (there are disabled spaces in a car park behind the centre with lift access up to reception and free on street car parking on Union Street after 6pm. There is also a car park by the tram stop at Oldham Mumps a short distance away.)
14th February - Guest speaker: David Pilbury, Physiotherapist will present 'Exercise and The Impact of RA on the Heart'
Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group
Meetings are held in Conference Room 3 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
14th February - Guest speaker: Matt Bezzant, Policy & Public Affairs Manager at NRAS will be giving an update on the work of the charity
East Dorset NRAS Group
The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 11am at Stewarts Garden Centre, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4SA and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG.
2018 coffee mornings are to be held from 11am at Stewarts and Haskins (locations as above) on the dates below. Haskins Garden Centre is on a THURSDAY on the following dates: 15th February
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
