I’ve accidentally woken up early from pain in my back and neck. At least I get to go to the clinic today and get a referral to a rheumatologist finally! I can’t wait to at least feel a little better and hopefully stop all this pain I’ve been in. Lately it’s been getting hard to just open up a water bottle. I’m trying to stay positive about the whole situation but it does get hard some days when depression just overwhelms you. I would say something about my depression to a doctor but I’ve seen the affects of anti depressants and I’d rather not loose my inspiration and motivation like my mom did to do the things I love. I also know that my depression isn’t severe and I’m not suicidal or thinking about harming myself and have it all under control for the most part. And it just occurred to me I’m probably gonna get poked with a needle today so I have that to look forward too. 😂

[Think it's sometimes the 'thinking about it' (anticipating(?) it ahead of time) that can make us unnecessarily stressed 😖 or worried 😧 ?]
Very best wishes to you, Ccrowlu. 🙏 🍀 🌺 🌞
