Delivery of Benepali

Given a time band 11:30-13:30.

This is my first delivery in my area Tuesday and Friday. So next date will hopefully be Tuesday.

Called them around 16:30 and told they were delayed by traffic and may or my not deliver today.

I’m back at work next week. The nurse booked for next Friday.

Has anyone had this problem. Is it regularly Or it’s just a once off.

Thank you

I have had problems with healthcare at home in the past, but more to do with them not arranging a delivery. I have generally found that when they give a delivery date they stick to it. It is possible to get them to deliver to a different address if this is an option for you.

I’ve called them today and rearranged for Tuesday morning 8-13:00

Also my partner can sign for it too now.
