Hi Hope this finds you all having a good day. I was given a leaflet in hospital today about ra coach? Anyone sighed up to it? Is it Any good?

That threw me for a moment because I've seen RA Coach used as the name of a dental sedation course (e.g., the use of nitrous oxide as sedation with some very nervous patients).

Yep thats the one just didn't know what it was myself nurse at the hospital gave me a leaflet about it and said try it x
