Can’t lie on my side!!

I am so frustrated - got home from awful week of work and just want to curl up and have a nap but I can’t because I had a massive flare up in my shoulder and arm this week cos I had been sleeping on my side!! Consequently I can only lie on my back - can’t risk another flare up like the last one - aw gawd!!!! I don’t want to moan but I just can’t seem to get relief!! Pah!!!

AnywAy to nap like I am in a coffin!!!! Yey!!!

Try and pad yourself up with nice soft pillows to support the sore bits . I hope you get through the flare soon, if not then check and see if gp can help with different pain relief . Sending you good wishes and a very gentle hug 🌸🌸🌸🌸
