the joys of filling in a pip form!!!!

thank you to all who sent me advice on filling in my PIP form...well its done now so fingers crossed...for the last 4 years i helped my brother with his,but when it comes to doing my own i struggled...anyway thats one things less to stress me.

Did you photocopy it before you sent it ?

Filled mine in this afternoon, but i had help with it though. A Benefit Adviser came to see me, & filled it with more clear & understanding words, which i wouldn't of been able to do. She's taken the form with her to scan, then sending me copies in the post.
