Rocky I think you may have heard from the people who use LDN in response to your posts over the last few months - but use the search box top left to check out all the posts that mention it.

However, someone suggested a while ago that you join the Facebook groups of people who use it - you might find that more helpful as I don't think that many people here use it.

Got endorhins is a good Fb group. Lots of information and experiences with LDN.😊
