Benepali/etoricoxib and alcohol

Having a fab time here in the South of France. Don't normally drink very much at home but quite enjoying a wee G&T or two in the evenings whilst on holiday just now. Does anyone know if it's ok to have a couple of drinks whilst taking Benepali and etoricoxib (only every 2-3 days as required). Wondering if I should try to keep it to every second day, or is 1 or 2 ok every day?

Wow, it looks beautiful! Unfortunately, there's no straight answer as it depends on how each individual tolerates alcohol. I'm absolutely fine on my meds and can easily manage a few drinks 🙄 but I do get more lightheaded than I used to. Try one and see how you go. Don't push it, especially if it's warm as that also affects alcohol tolerance. Enjoy the rest of your lovely holiday. 🙂

Looks amazing! As long as you're not having mtx, if it were me, I'd say yes. I take etoricoxib every day tbh and I'm ok with a few drinks - but we're all different. What I do though, if I'm having an alcoholic drink, is to drink a glass if water or two for every one. I get my bloods done every month and keep an eye on my alt (liver) and kidneys etc. Mind you - I'm not advocating that you do as I do - see how you go. Have a fantastic time.
