Feeling of.......Tight bands around knees, and feet!

Does anyone suffer from this.!!

Oh yes! I used to describe it as wearing tight lycra or a wet suit! Now I've forgotten what that feels like!

Absolutely! Like I was wearing those ankle weights you can use to tone and strengthen muscles just a bit too tight. Almost as if they were filling up. Very odd

Had it yesterday, felt like I had a rubberband round my right knee and a very tight rubber sock on my foot. Woke up this morning and it's gone.

I get that all the time but didnt know how to describe it thats a perfect description of the pain i get in my ankles and legs especially first thing inthe morning

I presume it's from RA ! Do have swollen knee! All newish to me as had it in hands wrists shoulders, now knees!!...thanks for reply x
