I have RA and have now been diagnosed with osteoporosis and have spinal fractures

I was wondering if anybody had tried the Alexander technique which is suppose to help with posture etc

Yes, I found the Alexander Technique very helpful and I also have regular chiropractic appointments.

yes - only from books etc , but constantly remind myself about posture and it is the single most effective thing for keeping back pain at bay, minimising general aches and pains and physical tiredness
