Any tips on what to do when you get a 'flare' in your jaw? I'm a singer/choral conductor so it's not all that helpful!! Thanks

Try a heat pack it may give some relief or a small amount of anti inflammatory cream .

Hiya I've got that few times too it's horrible the only thing that eased it for me is the steroids or naproxen if you have any of those?

Gel heat packs helped me until the meds worked and thinking what I eat.
