Kind words.thank you...its just so frustrating..im so used to being active that resting dosnt come naturally😀...maybe if had done before hands wouldnt be like it..but hey ho alot worse off than me.x

Doesn't always feel like it though does it. I used to be so active as well and now i can't do a lot and when i do something i pay for afterwards.xxxxx
