Hi I'm Debbie & have just joined.I found this site by pure accident & so glad I have..I have been very isolated both medically & general lifestyle in the past year..so to find others is a god send.

Hi Handydebs, welcome to this friendly forum, I hope you find some links with posts on here to help you. You can also ring the helpline on here for information and chatting to them should also help. Maybe contact your GP to see if there are any suitable gentle exercise classes where you can also meet people, good luck x

Hiya & welcome to us here Handydebs. I hope you'll find it helpful, I'm sorry you're feeling so isolated, hopefully you won't so much now you've found us. We're a friendly bunch who each understand how it is to live with RD (many of us here choose to call it Rheumatoid Disease, RA is often confused with OA). So join in, we discuss all sorts, there's not much we haven't covered, well I don't recall anything being censored!
