I really appreciate everyones replies I read somewhere possible side effects of sulphasalisine weight gain or weight loss I know these are only possible zide efgects I have just started sulphasalisine and one thing I can not afford to do is loose weight gaining weight would not be an issue I would appreciate it if anyone has had these problems while on sulphasalisine

I don't have any side effects from sulpha or any other drugs. The only drug i can't take is morphine as it makes me go really weird in my head.xxx

I was on sulphasalazine for a good many years with no weight loss or gain and no other side effects so it shouldn't deplete your appetite. Hope it's successful for you too. Jude
