Well got my rheumatologist appointment today for the 8th march at chapel allerton hospital in Leeds

Or looking forward to it as hate having blood tests done but I suppose I'll get all the info while I'm there

You will be in good hands, I attended Chapel Allerton until 4 month ago, and could not fault there expertise, I live in east Kent 😁. I have seen both Dr Mackie and Dr Marzo-Ortega who are both wonderful. Good luck

Hi, I am at Chapel Allerton too, there on 3rd March. I am quite new to this hospital after asking to be transferred from York. I haven't had anything that controls my pain and flares yet but after 3 years I really hope they can help. Let us all know how you get on? You never know, if we're there the same day a coffee and naughty cake may be had! Good luck. Lesley

Hi Lesley my appointment is on the 8th march 😲but we could always meet up for a coffee ☕️ I live in farsley near pudsey where are u ??? It's my first time here at chapel allerton to see a rheumatologist but I've been.before in agony with hand and knees it's only took 20 years for me to be referred and then I had to change gp surgery for that to happen xx

This disease is just a nightmare, I live in York but my mum and son live in Pudsey (I used to live there too) so I know the area well. I would love the chance to meet up with someone in the same boat. I don't know anyone with this so to share a chat would be great. Are you free in the afternoon of Saturday the 11th? Also the consultant I saw at st James asked me if I had been on methotrexate and I said no I've not been any dmards so far they might think differently at chapel allerton what do u think 💭 hun the consultant at st James said mine is sero neg inflammatory arthritis I get confused 🤷‍♀️ with all these ???? Don't u ?? Why are u changing hospital if u don't mind me asking??? I love York by the way my sister used to live there in wilberfoss she now lives in Spain 🇪🇸 x
