Over the past three weeks have had strange migrating pain, it started in right heel moved to right knee now it's in the tip of my right middle finger which is swollen! I've had no injuries to any of those body parts. Any ideas on what's causing it?

Strange migrating pain
from the lack of response, I guess we're all a bit stumped by this one. Don't know if you are already diagnosed with RA, but sounds as though you need some medical checks. Good luck on your journey and hope it turns out to be something not too serious.
Oh that's horrible for you. Have you got or do you suspect you have RA? We are not medically trained and not allowed to diagnose on here so I can only suggest you visit a Doctor. Big hugs
Hi Mosedi, Have you heard of Palindromic Arthritis? I'm RA positive and on MTX but still have times where pain can migrate all over locating on joints for a few days then dissappearing for a bit. I've been diagnosed for 6 years yet have always had this happen.
It sounds to me like they might "just" (I say that word not lightly at all) be flares. I have flares that run from my hands to hips to knees to feet and sometimes in between. The flares do not have to occur on an injured site... And when I used to flare (they have gotten better), it has sent me to the ER thinking (actually being sure) something was broken... I hope it gets better soon..
Could be palindromic rheumatism. Ive had it for 5 years. It gives painful joints that may (or may not) be swollen and/or red and moves about from joint to joint during a flare and then goes. Sometimes flares can occur daily - so come and go in a day but be back the next day - and sometimes people go months without a flare but they last weeks when they come. I get pain and swelling in joints most days. You can get diagnosed by a rheumatologist. Its relatively rare so some GPs have never heard of it. Worth going on the Arthritis Research website and reading up on before seeing someone.
